NeuroRuach: Neurodivergent Therapists & Leaders

Being a Neurodivergent therapist or professional can be uniquely isolating and challenging without a community and a space to unmask. This group will blend warm community with peers who “get” you and space for crucial processing of grief and loss over exclusion within the greater ND community over recent trends of antisemitism.

This group is open to Jewish professionals, leaders, or graduate students in mental health or related/adjacent fields.

This 75-minute weekly group will begin August 20th and meet regularly on Tuesdays at 6:30PM Pacific, 9:30PM Eastern. This is a closed group with occasional openings as space permits; maximum of 8-10 people.

About Riley Morgan (she/they)

As an Autistic therapist who provides autism-focused and neurodivergent-affirming therapy, I am passionate about encouraging and supporting my clients’ authenticity, spirit, and vibrancy. I strive to create an environment that promotes resiliency by honoring all of my clients’ intersectional identities and monotropic motivations. As a late-diagnosed Autistic, genderfluid, and Jewish person, I recognize that not all of our intersectional identities are valued these days. In many environments our authenticity is undermined, which may lead us to remain masked, closeted, or silenced. As neurodivergent therapists, this can have an exponentially detrimental impact on our nervous system, our ability to regulate, and our ability to fully embody our authentic selves. So, together, let’s explore how to use our neurodivergent authenticity as a source of self-discovery, healing, and vibrancy!
